Notice to All Employees

On December 23, 2024, President Biden signed the Paperwork Burden Reduction Act. With this act, employers are no longer obligated to provide the 1095-C forms, previously required by the Affordable Care Act.

Going forward, the 1095-C forms will be provided upon request only.
