LINCOLN FOODSERVICE PRODUCTS ANNOUNCES LEADERSHIP PROMOTIONS
Shreveport, La. (September 2, 2025) – Lincoln Foodservice Products, a leading innovator in the foodservice equipment industry, is proud to announce two key leadership promotions that reinforce the company’s commitment to growth, innovation, and customer success.
Melinda Scheuneman has been promoted to Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In this expanded role, Melinda will oversee the Sales, Customer Service, and Technical Service teams, driving customer engagement, organizational growth, and market leadership. She began her career at Lincoln in 2001 before gaining additional industry experience, most recently serving as Vice President of Phoenix Marketing.
Since returning to Lincoln in 2024, Melinda has strengthened customer relationships and elevated the company’s presence in the marketplace. She will report directly to Matt Kampert, President of Lincoln. “Melinda’s industry expertise, leadership, and vision for growth make her an exceptional fit for this role,” said Kampert. “Her proven track record in building teams and delivering results will be instrumental as we continue to expand our reach.”
In addition, Nicko Hoang has been promoted to Director of Project Management, where he will lead the Engineering and Quality teams to drive innovation, efficiency, and execution across the organization. Nicko began his career at Lincoln in 2018 as a Manufacturing Engineer, later moving into product design and most recently serving as Engineering Manager. In his new role, he will continue to leverage his technical expertise and leadership to enhance collaboration and project delivery.
