Following an exhaustive analysis of the 30lb fryer platform, the fryer and all its components have been redesigned from the ground up, optimizing reliability and serviceability.
 
The new FilterQuick Intuition™ presents a number of new and exciting features:

Intuitive touchscreen controller
A capacitive touchscreen controller provides a modern, intuitive user interface that not only walks crew members through day-to-day fryer functions but also helps them troubleshoot issues to maximize cooking up time and minimize downtime.

Direct, automatic internet connection
When technical assistance is needed, this advanced fryer model leverages an automatic, direct internet connection making data readily available through onboard diagnostics reported to the cloud. Remote analysis and troubleshooting can help prevent service calls; however, when service calls are necessary, this data-driven approach pinpoints root cause of issues, making service calls more efficient.

Designed for serviceability
Access to components from the front makes servicing the fryer easier onsite, reducing the length of service calls so operators can get up and running again as quickly as possible.
