Educating students on nutrition will help justify higher food costs and improve taste perceptions. Compared to 2015, more students are calling for nutritional information to be easily accessible. Labels identifying the health claims which are at the top of students’ lists (such as high protein and natural) can help them navigate these new alternatives.
