Garland has been a world leader in induction technology for years, and the Instinct Series is the next step in induction technology.

 
Accurate Temperatures -  RTCSmp® (Real-Time Temperature Control System multi-point) technology utilizes the electronics within the modules to monitor the temperature of the induction coils and energy supply. This provides the operator with the ultimate in ‘real time’ control the temperature can be controlled down to 33.8°F (1°C) and can be held between 77°F(25°C) to 212°F (100°C) giving chefs the ultimate in temperature control for perfect dishes every time.
Simple and Intuitive Operation - simple and intuitive operation, ingeniously simple and reliable controls respond to light pressure on the control knob to activate the ‘turn’ function sets the desired temperature level.

Energy Efficient - Instinct cooks food without generating excess heat in the working environment due to the direct heat transfer from the surface to the pan, and because heat is not wasted energy consumption costs can be reduced. The fan fitted within the models is virtually silent and achieves outstanding cooling capacity so both heat and noise in the kitchen are minimized creating a better work environment.
