The “farmto- table” movement is impacting the entire food industry, from schools to restaurants. According to a recent survey by the National Restaurant Association, 57 percent of consumers said the availability of local food is an important factor in deciding where to dine out. Another 68 percent said they’re more likely to visit a restaurant that offers locally produced items.

R290 not only reduces energy consumption, but has very little environmental impact. Our easyTouch® technology in our Merrychef® e2s, Convotherm®, Convotherm® mini, enable operators to easily change menus and recipes, based on locally available and seasonal items.
