We started with creating apps two years ago as a commitment to our operator partners to make Manitowoc Foodservice equipment information available where and when it’s needed. Now we create apps to keep you better informed with easy access to our digital collateral and training on our easyTouch® platforms.

Manitowoc Resource Library
The Manitowoc Foodservice Resource Library opens the door to quick and easy access to thousands of documents from more than 14 of our brands and places them whenever you are with your Apple iPad®. Specifications sheets, operations manuals, literature, CAD symbols and more - - practically every product document associated with Manitowoc Foodservice can be located, read, followed, tagged or saved locally using this one, very handy tool. Includes a built-in PDF reader. And interactive tools that help you manage your documents more effectively for quick access and easy retrieval. Tags that you can create to help you associate documents by project or any category of your choosing. A Follow function to keep you notified whenever a change is made to the document right in the app – including the reason for the change. You can even save and folder documents right in the app for offline viewing. Of course documents can also be shared easily as well. Never be out of date with information because the app automatically delivers the most up to date versions of each and every asset it manages.

Merrychef eikon® easyTouch®
A simulator is an exact reproduction of the functionality you’ll find on a Merrychef oven. Learn how easy it is to write, store and launch recipes – use this knowledge with your own oven! Perfect for training yourself or new staff. The app also features an oven capacity calculator to help high-volume foodservice operators understand the cooking capacity required to deliver their menu at peak times.

Convotherm 4 Interactive Touch Doc
Everything you need to know about the Convotherm 4 in one easy to use app. For those considering a combi oven, this app takes you through the features and benefits of owning a combi oven including our two touchscreen options:easyTouch and easyDial™. For those who own a Convotherm Combi oven, access resources such as training videos, equipment information and manuals directly from your smart device.
