Join Welbilt in Celebrating in Energy Awareness Month
October is Energy Awareness Month, and the 26th marks ENERGY STAR Day!
At Welbilt, we are extremely proud to have been awarded Partner of the Year - Sustained Excellence Award at the ENERGY STAR Awards 2021 earlier this year. Being more aware of our energy consumption is a great way to tackle climate change. Below, we tell you everything you need to know about Energy Awareness Month, ENERGY STAR Day, as well as an update on Welbilt’s ever-growing green initiatives.

When it comes to climate change initiatives, actions speak louder than words. Guidelines set out by The Federal Energy Management Program (FEMP) help us all do our bit in creating a more sustainable future for everyone. Through Energy Awareness Month, the FEMP give practical advice on how to reduce energy consumption in a place of work or study. Taking part in their energy efficiency and conservation activities is fun and informative – we at Welbilt are eager to get involved!

For over 25 years, EPA’s ENERGY STAR program has been America’s resource for energy efficiency and protecting the environment. ENERGY STAR is passionate about supporting communities by increasing its access to energy efficiency, and here at Welbilt we are right behind it! ENERGY STAR’s “Save Today, Save Tomorrow, Save for Good” campaign celebrates the good things in life. It explains how the benefits of energy savings don’t just extend to a better climate for the planet, but also allows us to save up for the important things in life, from college funds to ice cream treats - now that’s something to celebrate!
Welbilt is committed to using ENERGY STAR certified products to help everyone to mitigate climate change through energy efficiency. So why not join us in making a difference! Go to energystar.gov today to see how much you could save using ENERGY STAR certified products, go to!
