Congratulations Denmark team for winning Gold second time in Bocuse d’Or history!

 
At the end of January, Convotherm proudly sponsored one of the greatest challenges in the culinary world, the Grand Finale of the Bocuse d’Or, as the main equipment supplier. Top chefs from 24 countries competed across two days at the prestigious event in Lyon, France.
 
Convotherm also supplied state-of-the-art equipment as teams prepped a grand Classique: suckling veal rack with 5 prime chops, plus a theme on a plate; vegetable Chartreuse with shellfish. Scrumptious!
