Supporting our local communities: Ronald McDonald House Charity

At Welbilt, volunteering and giving back is very important to us and we’ve been thrilled to see how many initiatives our teams have been involved with in 2018. A key focus this year has been engagement with local communities through our support of the Back to School scheme, Thanksgiving Food Drive and Holiday Toy Drive – to name just a few!

Most recently, our talented Culinary Team and volunteers based at New Port Richey visited the Ronald McDonald House (RMH) in St. Petersburg to cook dinner for 50 residents. For those of you who aren’t familiar with the RMH, the charitable organization gives families of children experiencing a medical crisis the opportunity to live close to their child’s hospital at no cost. The hearty dinner was prepared by Welbilt culinary folks at our facilities in New Port Richey and then delivered to families at RMH. Click through to see our team in action!
